주상발, 남, 1981년 12월 안후이 출생.2002년 중국과학기술대학 물리학과를 졸업하고 2007년 광학학과 박사학위를 받았다.현재 중국과학기술대학 광학 및 광학공학과 특임 부연구원이다.주요 연구 관심은 양자 광학·양자 시뮬레이션, 및 냉원자 물리에 집중됐다.
